Admission / Registration Process

Fort Peck Community College provides equal access to all individuals who meet the qualification to enroll in college classes: must have a High School diploma or equivalency or be a dual credit or early start student. The following person(s) has been designated to handle inquiries regarding the non-discrimination policies:

Students that have never attended 体育博彩app (Previous Dual Credit/Early College students who graduated from high school or obtained their GED, use the New student application)

  1. Complete the 体育博彩app Online Admission application.
  2. Complete Financial Aid Package
    • Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA®) FAFSA
      • 体育博彩app FAFSA School Code 016616
      • Contact Student Services for help (appointments by phone 406 768 6370 or email Student Services)
  3. Send all official transcripts including High School/GED/HISET/College/University to Admission Office
  4. Provide Placement test scores (used for academic assessment and to determine course placements
    • ACT scores dated within the last three years or
    • SAT scores dated within the last three years or
    • Accuplacer scores dated within the last three years
  5. Provide valid Identification and if applicable the Tribal Verification Form

The admissions process typically takes 1 – 3 weeks, depending on the 体育博彩app Admissions office receiving your required documentation. Upon completion of the online application, you will receive an email and letter with a list of the documents you need to submit. Applicants will also receive emails and letters every two weeks to identify missing requirements. Students that have previously attended 体育博彩app (Previous Dual Credit/Early College Students, use the New student application)

  1. Complete the New/Transfer student admissions application
  2. Complete the Declaration of Major form.
  3. Complete Transcript request form: High School Transcript Request or OPI GED Request
    • 体育博彩app Admission Office accepts official transcripts (High School/GED/College or University) mailed directly from the afore mentioned institutions
    • High School Transcripts or GED: Official transcripts with a conferred graduation date or official GED scores are required.
    • Post-Secondary (College/University) Transcripts: An official transcript is required if you have earned college credits from another institution. Official transcripts from all other colleges or universities previously attended (including dual credit) reflecting final term grades or activity such as withdrawals, ‘W’, will be accepted.

Students who are currently attending High School

The Fort Peck Community College Dual Credit Program provides high school students the opportunity to simultaneously earn high school and college credit by taking academically challenging and culturally relevant college courses.
Upon completion of the dual credit course, students receive a grade report from Fort Peck Community College. Students who have earned a “C” or higher receive 3 credit hours from 体育博彩app in addition, they will receive ½ High School credit

Students who wished to take undergraduate courses and do not want to pursue a degree at 体育博彩app

Non-degree seeking students must submit a completed application for admission, with an indication of non-degree seeking status.  Applications are processed through the same standard procedure as degree-seeking students.

  1. Complete the Non-Degree Seeking Application  (please print out the form and get the appropriate signatures)
  2. Complete Transcript request form: High School Transcript Request or OPI GED Request
